Saw a handsome male robin foraging for worms and other goodies in some freshly overturned dirt in a little garden bed while on my way to National Zoo. Got a nice photo of him, too, which I'm sharing. Having a very warm winter so far. Don't usually see birds 'worming' in Dec/Jan but the ground hasn't frozen yet. Looks like that'll change next week.
