Just had a wave of at least 14 robins flying to-and-from the Japanese holly (where some bright-red berries remain) and the trees at the edge of the woods. All were puffed-up from the cold, and looked very round and plump. Again we're in the midst of an arctic air blast...has been in the 20's all day and quite windy. Wish I had more berries as I'd love to see these cheerful harbingers of spring all winter!
