Maybe 30 eagles on the ice at manawa lake here in council bluffs this afternoon. Standing on the ice around open edges. Ive also seen one or occasionally a pair around the omaha Nebraska/ Iowa border- the Missouri River -over the last week and a half or so. Not such a big group of them though. Going back at daybreak for some photographs.
