Bald Eagle

Date: 02/11/2012

Number: 1

Viewing westward from the Charleston Deer Creek State Park, A bald eagle was soaring above the open waters where Provo River feeds into Deer Creek Reservoir (an area not iced over), it began spiraling down, landing on the far west iced bank, about 50 ft. from a second bald eagle. They proceeded to stand on the icy edge, peering into the reservoir. (5:25pm-5:40pm or longer (that is when I left).)
