I observed two mature bald eagles while brushing snow off the car. They flew to a tall tree across the driveway and I frightened one of them and the other sat on a branch. I have never seen two eagles and one eagle is rare in the seven years I have lived at this location (on a hilltop above the Potomac). They usually don't fly to the top of the hill but stay lower and are to observe unless you are on a trail below.
