Every year our beautiful hummers show up in mid Oct. & depart mid March. We have about 5 or 6 hummers show up at first and then it's down to mainly 2, the male & female. I make them fresh nectar every 4 days or so because the Florida heat turns the nectar cloudy. I also plant their favorite flowering plants. We have a big orchid tree with big beautiful blooms in which they love. It's hummer heaven!
