I have an bald eagle nest on Pop Island, in Dyer Bay about 500 feet from my home. They sit in a tall spruce tree. If I have to shovel snow on my driveway and my shovel scrapes the pavement, they answer with calls. The nest is very big and old. We usually have one to two babies every year. I am very fortunate to have these special neighbors.
