Saw a large flock of starlings with a few robins mixed in at the Oakmont East Golf Course. Noticed a couple other flocks of starlings over the past week or so. Crocus leaves about an inch high with lil button in middle, been that way since a warm spell 4 or so weeks ago. same with tulip leaves, they are averaging around 4 inches high and haven't really grown much. The pennsylvania lilies are just showing their tips through the soil. The soil has not been workable yet, wanting to get in those edible pod sugar peas, tradionally on St.Patrick's day.
