Incidentally saw 4 robins feeding in the grass between a side road and the lake in my development. As I watched, they were joined by a lone junco, and a northern flicker dropped out of the tree nearest them, for a brief excursion on the ground.
The temp. was 38F. and the sky was all blue, at 9:34 A.M.
