Monarch (OTHER Observations)

Date: 03/06/2013

Number: 1

After 3 days of hard frost our milkweed plants have frozen. However, driving along the highway today I was able to see lots of food sources for monarchs. Huizatche trees and golden rod survived the cold temperatures, so there are plentiful food sources for the butterflies. I observed one maonarch flying over Queretaro today.
