Very distant sighting, but I believe it to be a juvenile Bald Eagle. Sighted on the Licking River which flows through Dillon State Park. The lake was iced over and the birds were feeding from the river. I've also spotted adult birds which I will post as another sighting date. Please let me know if you feel this is not a Juvenile. I am a beginner!
