Approximately 15 to 20 bald eagles were observed at Jordan Lake dam on 3/7 and 3/8. Appeared to be juveniles and young adults. Several had "dirty" heads, having turned white. The eagles gathered in several trees overlooking the dam and Haw River. They were observed in this area for three days total.
