We saw our first tulip bloom today! It was TJ's tulip, 1 of 25 that we planted, and it was red and 12.5 cm tall.
Daylight savings time just ended and Spring is starting to come out in southern California. We can see that it is becoming Spring because we are reading the signs of nature. It is very warm outside (70F, 21C) and other flowers are starting to bloom around San Diego. We are surprised and excited that a tulip has bloomed in our garden and we planted them only two months ago!
