Heard several males singing their very distinctive "Conk-a-REE" song from somewhere amidst a sea of cattails ringing a nearby wetland. We never fail to find 'good' birds in this locale...what an especial delight to hear these harbingers of spring on this cold and blustery day. Now looking forward to seeing one (or more!) as well...
