During warmer days we've heard the true song and the zeeup song. Nothing but a lot of territorial squabbling over this past windy, chilly weekend. The ground is still frozen except right around the house. I haven't seen any worms yet. It's still much too cold. We're getting rain but it freezes at night.
We have feeders out throughout the year, so we see and photograph a lot of migrators. The 'seee' call is heard frequently as sharp-shinned and Cooper's hawks frequent the area.
