Our tulips are emerging at Clear Creek School. 15 out of 40 bulbs have emerged. The tallest leaves measured 1 inch. The soil temperature was 51 degrees farneheit. This past Saturday it was in the 70s. We think that is why the tulips are FINALLY emerging. We would like to make the prediction that our tulips will bloom by the end of March.
