I saw this eagle at our area lake. It is very late for us to have eagles in this area. I have also observed what appears to be a nest just south of the lake. As excited as I am for the possiblility of a nesting pair at our lake (we have not had a nesting pair here before), I am greatly concerned. Our area lake sees a lot of traffic in the summer...boats,campers, etc. Just not sure what the future holds for this pair. photo attached.
