Tulips EMERGED
Sightings report image

Date: 03/18/2013

Number: 1

On the first day back from our March Break vacation the students and I discovered that our tulips were emerging. It has been fairly cool here in Kingston but the sun has been making the snow melt and the soil start to warm. Things are beginning to sprout! We have also spotted robins in our area and geese have been flying north. Maple trees have been tapped and some students have enjoyed fresh maple syrup already this year. Spring is definitely on its way.
