Three chysalis' hatched today, resulting in one monarch that flew, one crippled with a deformed wing, and one spread-winged and nectaring. I counted 3 remaining chysalis' and 8 maturing caterpillars, including one in a "J". Weather in the Houston area today is clear and sunny with temperatures in the high 50's to low 60's.
