Large adult at about 16:00, riding on NW wind. I didn't have a camera handy. Temperature 53F. It "inspected" 15' Ashe Juniper briefly while hovering, but didn't land, then kept going on wind. It must have already been here for a couple days, since wind has been strong from north and temps mostly too low for flight. Yesterday morning low 37F and temp was above 50F for maybe 2 hours late in the afternoon. Low last night 32F. Temp didn't reach 50F until well after noon and was back below by 18:30. Will check typical food plants tomorrow.
