Around the first of March our yard filled up with Brown headed cowbirds.. They, along with Sparrows, Doves, Cardinals, Mockingbirds and a squirrel or two have managed to eat their way through about 100 pounds of birdseed!

The cowbirds are thinning out now, but it has been fun watching them all eating together!
