Arrived at noon at the hospital in Berlin. No birds but when I left at 1pm there were robins everywhere. Singing and chirping, I estimate about 18 birds. I even saw one pull a night crawler from a patch of ground that wasn't snow covered. Temperature was in the upper 30's F with light wind and scattered clouds. Spring is finally here!
