I saw a lot of Eagles on the Ledge sitting on HWY 95 South coming from NJ to VA on 3/24/13, 3/17/13 and 3/3/13. Every time I am driving back from NJ I see a lot of Eagles sitting and sun Bathing. I saw one In Springfield on a Tree right Across from Giant on Old Keen Mill rd on 3/24/13 at 5.30PM
