Wednesday morning bright and early (7:30) I opened the side door to put more bird feed out and to my delight saw a yellow warbler eating suet. He/she was just about five feet from me and stayed right there. My thought is this warbler had landed for a morning breakfast and then went on its way north. I have not seen it again. If I do, I'll let you know, but methinks it has flown way north of Bedford, Virginia.
