Barn Swallow (FIRST sighted)

Date: 03/20/2013

Number: 1

The usual number of 7 appeared and they are all busy rebuilding their nests and working the skies for insects with their usual melodious song at sunset grouping on electrical wires. Last year they tripled their population. I have to watch for babies that fall out of the nest and use a step stool to get them back in. The highest, built underneath the eaves of roof peaks I can't return!
