Heard them first as I took my dog out to walk then looked up and there they were, several of them, feeding, swooping, great to see them! Checked one of their nests from last year and no sign of them having been there; I put a prefabricated nest up on my porch late last year, too late for them to use it, but before they left last year they would come sit on the railing by my door. I wondered if they were eyeing it for this year...had a nest there the year before but the maintenance man, unfortunately, tore it down (I live in an apartment).
