Our hummingbirds are returning from wherever they were. The regular winter residents are now fighting to keep their territory. The Black-chinned hummer returned to our backyard only to find the winter resident Costa guarding his feeder. Females are everywhere but our winter resident Anna female is no where to be found. New females have settled in. Anna males are still controlling the courtyard. Flowers are in full bloom here in Las Vegas with 80 temps. This is going to be an action packed Spring! I cant wait! ;))
