Set up feeders about 2 weeks before the arrival of my first sighting of the Ruby Throated hummingbirds which was 04/08/13. I have 2 feeders and I get about 2- 4 visits an hour at the moment. I'm attaching a picture of one that flew into the screen porch and got stuck. The male seemed to be in good health, was small (i believe that is a breed standard) but not skinny, quite alert and curious even. He was not injured in result of sticking his beak into the mesh and flew away the second I opened my hand outside.
