Even though the weather doesn't seem to feel consistently like spring, I have enjoyed the spring migration. For several days I enjoyed seeing 50-60 white pelicans hanging out on a local pond. There were also several cormorants, a couple of great blue herons, and even more exciting, a white egret! There's a bluebird hanging out in and near my yard which is kind of unusual since I live in town. And I think I heard a wren the other day
