Today we went to the garden at 9:30 am to check out tulips. They are blooming! The weather today is warmish, breezy, partly cloudy, blue sky, and sunny. The air temperature is 50 F and the soil temperature is 50 F! We are wondering:
Why are there only buds at one end of the tulip bed and blooms on the other end? Why are the insides bright yellow, black and red?
