Robin (First SEEN)

Date: 04/12/2013

Number: 1

I saw the first robin sitting on top of a white spruce tree singing away. The return of robins really is a sign that spring is coming. Now we just need the snow to melt and the temperatures to warm up a bit more.

We still have a lot of snow on the ground and the daytime highs around at -1 degree Celcius, and it drops down to about -15 degrees Celcius at night. So it still pretty chilly.

The sunrises at 6:33am and sets again at 9:34pm. I'm loving the extra sunshine!!

See when this Northern Observation Post predicted first robin!
