I was absolutely beside myself when I found a Calliope and more than one, during the feeding frenzy on my feeders last night. The Calliope were flying around challenging with the Rufous and the Annas. At first, I was not sure what it was, then a friend told me! I am a photographer, so needless to say, I have an abundance of photos of this beauty! In this picture he looks like he's saying, "Look at my beautiful gorget!"
