On Tuesday evening my daughter and I removed 59 ticks off of one of our dogs. I guess with the lack of hard, consistent frost this winter I underestimated the need for Frontline. We live on a farm and have Basett Hounds who like to run in the woods so it is easy for ticks to find them. Over half of these ticks had the white spot on their back which I am told is a Lyme's tick. I have had to remove 3 ticks from my person already. It is going to be a tough year to work outside.
