12:05 today, I was watching the squirrels, cardinals, woodpeckers, and golfinches and suddenly, there he was...my first hummer of the season! He was hesitant....probably because of all the activities at the other feeders....flew around the feeder but didn't feed. For some reason, the squirrels took off, and the hummer was instantly back, sipping away. Just a brief visit, but back and forth constantly now. I can't wait for his friends to join him.
