When we moved into this house Aug, 2010 there was a mud nest on the front porch. The nest was removed due to painting the house. We saw no activity until this year. A pair of swallows arrived in early April. They continue to fly into the enclosed porch area. They land on the wall where the nest was. They are very vocal. There has been no sigh of nest building. A third swallow was observed today.
