Saw my second Monarch yesterday,faded,nectaring on dandelions in the Walmart parking lot, staying low to the ground due to the wind. Saw one today,nectaring on canola about a mile from town. Lots of fields in Kingfisher County have canola in full bloom. Such a striking yellow bloom, but not for sure on nectar content! Ground is still cold. No native milkweed up yet that I've found. Another freeze is predicted for Wednesday morning.
