After having two feeders set out since early April, at 3:47 p.m. CT today (4/23/13), I spotted my first hummingbird of the season in my backyard while looking out my kitchen window. The hummers are back!!!!! And I look forward to another fascinating summer of watching them at close range at the feeder hung from my rain gutter just above my kitchen window.
