5 Tree Swallows arrived in the morning ~ beautifully soaring & dipping and 2 stopped at our swallow house to investigate. It will be weeks before they decide they might like to nest there, but the song & flight of these birds were mezmerizing .... the hummers usually return within a few days of our first sightings of the tree swallows.
