As I looked out of my window at 7am a few days ago, I briefly saw a hummingbird departing from a blooming Salvia Indigo Spires in the garden. It was a rare sighting in our yard. Hopefully, with the addition of the new garden planned with butterflies and hummingbirds in mind, we will have more visits.
