The tulips and daffodils are in full bloom around Delaware Community School thanks to Sue Fowler and the community bulb planting day back in November. The Friendship Garden has two beds with the beautiful blooming Journey North Red Emepror tulips.

Sue Fowler was chosen by Newschannel 13 as one of the top teachers in the area. She has been a real advocate for things that grow (children and gardens.
