Hummingbird, Ruby-throated (FIRST)

Date: 04/29/2013

Number: 1

A very tiny little bird came to one of the hummingbird feeders at about 8 am this morning. At first I almost thought it was a bumble bee but no, it was a tiny hummingbird. I am not sure of the sex but at around 10 or so a hummingbird visited the feeder and it definitely was a female. It is a bit early and I do not know if it will stay. We do have narcissus and a few other bulbs blooming but that is about all at the moment.
