I have observed the eagle on three occasions. The last sightings there were a pair. The first two the bird sat on the tallest pine tree and stayed for what appeared to be a long time. I was at my cabin on the porch at my pond which is just three acres. On the third visit it was just one bird and it dived into the pond but came up empty. It was joined by the other bird for a short time and flew off together.
