Sitting in a back porch rocker this AM, I saw a monarch glide by, 30' away 4 feet off ground, headed south. Looked new but too far away to tell for sure.
The monarch was traveling down my "Hawk Path" between the Live Oak motte and the Cedar Elms near the back porch.
Lot of nectar sources available now.
