Right on schedule, my male Oriole showed up at his usual feeder at 7:30am on Thursday, May 2nd. This is the third year in a row that he's arrived exactly on that date. Hopefully, the female will be seen soon! I always hear him before I see him. When I hear him I get up and watch the feeder and sure enough, he appears for a quick bite of grape jelly, then he's gone. Never interested in oranges or anything else, just grape jelly.
