Hummingbird, Ruby-throated (FIRST)

Date: 05/04/2013

Number: 1

Today was first really warm, sunny spring day. We first heard, then sighted male hummer at front porch feeder. Then we sat in the back yard under the arbor to watch for him. At dusk, between 7:30 and 8 pm, male returned 4 times to drink deeply from the back yard feeder. (Red streamers and feeders have been up for a week but it has been cold and rainy) Glad they are back!
