We've had an extremely cold spring this year in the U.P. of Michigan and I just put my hummingbird feeder out yesterday instead of weeks ago. I was happy to see a Ruby-throated hummingbird about an hour after I put the feeder out. I must say though, it's been about 24 hours since then and I haven't seen a thing. At least I know they're up here!!!
