Our unusually cold spring made it a long haul waiting for blooms. Now our unusually high spring temperatures which feel more like summer (low 20s Celsius) caused rapid growth. Our tulips averaged growth of 20 cm in two weeks! We were excited to arrive at school after a beautiful, warm weekend to see all our tulips in bloom.
