Finally, first sighting (2013) of young male Ruby at 8:00 P.M. He took a drink and headed north. I had just got up from a nap and saw it at the feeder in front of the house. I put up four feeders four days ago, using a 1:4 ratio of C&H sugar to water by volume. Today, we had very warm temperature,75F, with 20 mph winds. This first sighting is four days later than last year, 2012, but the exact same date of first sighting from 2011.
