Hummingbird, Ruby-throated (FIRST)

Date: 05/16/2013

Number: 1

I'm SO excited. I just put out 3 feeders on the front porch not 15 minutes ago and I'm lounging with my coffee deciding that it may take a many weeks for HUMMERs to find them when this tiny gorgeous braveheart hummer showed up out of nowhere to check out my coral bells right below the feeders! It was a ruby throat (dark with throated bands of cream and shocking red). At first I thought I was imagining it, but he's back and zeroing in closer to the feeder.
PUT OUT YOUR FEEDERS AND THEY WILL COME!
