We may be starting a new trend here. Last year when the big flocks of Snow geese left, one was hurt and got left behind. It stayed around with our local Canada Geese all summer . When the Snow geese came back this past winter apparently it made some new friends ,because when the flocks left in the spring there was 5 of them that stayed back. They are still here hanging out in the fields and seem to be in no hurry to go anywhere.
